People: Elizabeth D. Trippe

Research Interests:  multi-omic data integration, data harmonization, systems biology, malaria, mathematical biology

Biographical Statement: Elizabeth is a PhD candidate in the Institute of Bioinformatics at UGA.  She received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Kennesaw State University and her master's degree in Chemical Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is also working towards her Masters in Applied Mathematical Sciences at UGA. Her main research interests include multi-omic data integration, and systems biology approaches to studying malaria.  She is funded though the THoR's HAMMER DARPA project.
